Collection Staff
Fresno Credit Bureau’s Collection Professionals are specialists in dynamic collection techniques and interpersonal skills. Ongoing education programs and training meetings continually increase the collection professional’s knowledge base, and their ability to operate in accordance with all Federal regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and State and Federal Privacy regulations.
FCB educates exclusively for the Medical Industry, promoting a clear and concise understanding of the complications with medical obligations. Each collector has a high knowledge of different specialties and as new medical specialties enter our company, the Compliance Officer and Collection Manager work with the staff to train in areas of terminology and areas of potential dispute.
Well-trained collection professionals are more productive in maintaining open channels and flexible relationships during our direct collection process, which emphasizes the quality of the call. The Quality & Control processes in place further manage all aspects of the communication and are proprietary to FCB.
Bilingual Staff
California requires a diverse staff to communicate with a diverse population, therefore many of our employees on the collection floor and Managers are bilingual.
